Marinate your meat (or vegetables) like a Mainer with Maine Gravy Waterville Worcester sauce and Fermented Flavors seasoning. This simple marinade is great with beef, pork, and game.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Neutral oil (try Maine Black Bear brand sunflower oil!)
- ⅓ cup soy sauce (low sodium recommended)
- ¼ cup Maine Gravy Waterville Worcestershire Sauce
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 large lemon)
- 1 teaspoon Fermented Flavors Mt. Katahdin Mustard Kimchi powder
- ¼ teaspoon Fermented Flavors Freeport Fresno or Harpsell Habanero pepper powder (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to glass jar, close lid, and shake vigorously to combine.
- Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 months.
Notes
Marinate your favorite protein by combining 1/2 cup marinade per 1 lb. of protein in a bowl or sealable plastic bag. Allow protein to marinate refrigerated for 3 to 24 hours.
