Marinate your meat like a Mainer with Maine Gravy Waterville Worcester sauce and Fermented Flavors seasoning. This simple marinade is great with beef, pork, and game.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Neutral oil Black Bear Sunflower Oil
- ⅓ cup soy sauce low sodium
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice about 1/2 large lemon
- ¼ cup Maine Gravy Waterville Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Fermented Flavors Mt. Katahdin Mustard Kimchi powder
- ¼ teaspoon Fermented Flavors Freeport Fresno or Harpsell Habanero pepper powder Optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to glass jar, close lid, and shake vigorously to combine.
- Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 months.
Notes
Marinate your favorite protein by combining 1/2 cup marinade per 1 lb. of protein in a bowl or sealable plastic bag. Allow protein to marinate refrigerated for 3 to 24 hours.
