Ingredients

½ cup Neutral oil Black Bear Sunflower Oil
⅓ cup soy sauce low sodium
¼ cup Maine Gravy Waterville Worcestershire Sauce
¼ cup fresh lemon juice about 1/2 large lemon
1 teaspoon Fermented Flavors Mt. Katahdin Mustard Kimchi powder
¼ teaspoon Fermented Flavors Freeport Fresno or Harpsell Habanero pepper powder Optional

Instructions

Add all ingredients to glass jar, close lid, and shake vigorously to combine.
Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 months.

Notes

Marinate your favorite protein by combining 1/2 cup marinade per 1 lb. of protein in a bowl or sealable plastic bag. Allow protein to marinate refrigerated for 3 to 24 hours.
